Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Coordination & Supports Pty Ltd. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in empowering participants to achieve their goals and aspirations.

About Us:

Infinity Coordination & Supports is a family-run, NDIS registered support provider operating in the Albury/Wodonga region of Northeast Victoria. We provide a wide range of supports, including community access, personal care, domestic assistance, short-term accommodation, respite, supported independent living, and support coordination.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary estimated at $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes excellent work facilities, regular team catch-ups, flexible working hours, and access to online training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower Participants: Assist participants to implement their NDIS plans, explore options for services/providers, and coordinate services that match their unique needs.
  • Community Explorer: Transform participants into community explorers Strengthen their abilities to self-direct their supports and dive headfirst into a world of exciting opportunities.
  • Budgeting: Monitor plan outcomes and spending to ensure every dollar is put to good use, ensuring that participants receive the best services within budget.
  • Accountability: Hold mainstream and community services accountable for fulfilling their obligations to the participant, from housing to health.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable car with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
  • Cert in Disability, Community services, Nursing, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Working with Children's Check.
