About the Role

We are partnering with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to offer a School-based Traineeship in Plumbing at our Reece branch in Bendigo East. As a trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece values and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete all requirements of the certificate
  • Process sales and manage stock
  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Communicate with customers and staff
  • Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the branch
About You

Working Arrangements

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You will be required to work Saturdays and have the opportunity to work additional hours during school holidays to support your progress.
