Plumbing Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a Plumbing Trainee. As a key member of our retail showroom team, you will assist customers in building beautiful bathrooms and gain valuable experience in the plumbing industry.

About the Role

This is a school-based traineeship, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Retail Services while gaining hands-on experience in our retail showroom. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting customers with product selection and sales
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Building product knowledge and providing expert advice
  • Contributing to maintaining a high standard of customer service and branch presentation
About You

We are looking for a student who is:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Good communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges
