Role Overview

The role involves providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, managing the gaming area, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.

You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensure compliance with RSA and RCG regulations, and contribute to a culture of responsibility.

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget.
  • Let our guests know about our amazing loyalty programs and their many benefits and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts including late nights and weekends.
  • Current RSA and RCG certification is required.
