Mechanical Assembler

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled professional. You will be part of a small team responsible for the efficient and high-quality assembly of agricultural spraying equipment at our facility in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an experienced assembler with knowledge in assembly and manufacturing processes.
  • You will assemble a variety of agricultural spraying equipment, including small 12-volt products, basic linkage sprayers, and large custom truck sprayers.
  • You will also test, diagnose, and repair assembly faults.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role.
  • Experience using both hand and power tools.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Familiarity with quality control and workplace health and safety practices.
