We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to support our General Manager and Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations team in Kemps Creek. This role involves creating engaging experiences that bring the warehouse community together.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information. They will demonstrate the ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.

Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive event plans, coordinating with multiple departments and external vendors, and conducting thorough post-event evaluations. The candidate will also compile team goals, track deliverables, and assist with calendar management for the general manager.

A day in this role will be fast-paced, with a focus on creating interactive activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly. We value strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years administrative support experience in a related field
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines,
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts,

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of Amazon experience as a full-time employee,
- Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills,
- High levels of integrity and discretion.

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum
