Housing Shelter Leadership is a vital position that requires strong problem-solving skills to support staff and residents.

Job Description
  • Assist with all aspects of resident support plan development and delivery of services.
  • Perform wellness checks and assist residents with daily activities.
  • Support residents in developing independent life skills.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Oversee the daily functioning of the shelter site.

A Housing Shelter Lead must have excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in a related human or social services field.
  • At least two years of recent experience in a related field.
