Club Management Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for building strong relationships, creating high-energy environments, and driving sales without a hard sell vibe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing club operations, including sales performance and member experience
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of casual staff and personal trainers
  • Developing engaging local content, such as stories, reels, and interviews
  • Running community outreach and pre-sale activations
  • Achieving key performance indicators with authenticity and passion

Requirements:

  • A natural leader who excels at starting conversations and building real connections
  • Confidence on camera, with the ability to share content that inspires others
  • A passion for driving sales while maintaining a genuine and non-intimidating approach
  • Commitment to owning the role and creating a space where members feel valued and engaged
  • Someone who finds joy in delivering results and making a positive impact

Bonus: Fluency in Vietnamese would be an advantage in connecting with our local community.
