About the Role

As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and oversight of financial governance and monitoring. You will be responsible for enhancing the governance of our Financial Control Framework, delivering value to senior leadership and stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing advisory function focused on commercial solutions while managing risk. You will partner with teams across Finance and the broader group to develop strategic initiatives and provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

You will support the implementation of group-wide policies and frameworks within Finance, develop high-quality Board Audit Committee reporting, assist other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity, and oversee and uplift the Finance control environment.

Requirements
  • A Commerce or Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks to execute on key deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels
