Health Data Transformation Specialist

Develop, maintain and implement data transformation pipelines using OMOP CDM, FHIR and other standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data harmonisation and support integration of clinical research data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute data transformation pipelines for health data management.
  • Support the development and implementation of data models to represent biobank and animal model samples.
  • Contribute to national and international collaborations to improve health data interoperability.
  • Apply natural language processing techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured sources.
  • Maintain compliance with data governance, cybersecurity and ethical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
