Job Overview

The Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in executing branded influencer campaigns with top creators in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage influencer/creator campaigns, including providing creator suggestions, preparing campaign reports, tracking KPIs, and updating clients.
  • Assist campaign managers on new business pitches with creator recommendations and build presentations.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming to develop innovative concepts.
  • Build and maintain client relationships as a key point of contact.
  • Work directly with online talent and influencers through various projects.
  • Expand our influencer network by identifying new creators.
  • Respond to briefs with input from the wider team.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills to close deals quickly.
  • Passion for social media, especially TikTok content creators.
  • Self-directed and motivated, with high autonomy.
  • Ambitious with strategic thinking.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance budgets.
  • Extensive understanding of new social media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
