Leadership Opportunity in Renewable Energy

We are transforming the way homes and businesses electrify and transition to clean energy. Our platform enables the energy sector to fully subsidize the shift towards distributed energy resources, removing financial barriers and making clean, affordable energy a reality for everyone.

This senior role will be responsible for leading our post-Series A growth phase, building and scaling a technology-enabled infrastructure business deploying rooftop solar and battery systems at speed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Overseeing customer delivery, asset operations, and partner network growth.
  • Leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams across product, technology, operations, and delivery (from 30 to 150 people).
  • Ensuring commercial performance and maintaining strong investor and partner alignment.

Our ideal candidate has analytical, process-oriented, and strategically-minded skills, with a sharp eye for compliance, risk, and regulatory matters. They are hands-on and execution-focused, with a background in logistics, challenger brands, hardware, and/or clean/green tech.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in operations or general management within a scale-up or high-growth environment, with a proven ability to scale multi-disciplinary teams and implement systems in complex environments.
