We're looking for an experienced technician who can play a vital role in supporting our e-bike fleet. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Bike maintenance: servicing e-bikes to our high standards, ensuring they're safe and road-worthy; triaging and diagnosing necessary repairs while working at a high pace.
  • Workshop compliance: maintaining our workshops to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer service: providing excellent problem-solving skills to our riders, ensuring they receive outstanding support.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant industry experience (cycling, food delivery, mobility, technology).
  • Experience with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfortable working with tools and software.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality workmanship.
  • A natural team player, humble, and willing to get your hands dirty to help others.
  • A passion for bikes or cycling.
