We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Client Services team as a Financial Services Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our team of Financial Advisers, ensuring efficient workflow management and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurately reconciled client review reports for Advisers.
  • Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.
  • Book appointments, manage documents, and perform data entry, as well as provide general administrative support.
  • Deliver quality service and outputs to clients in both written and verbal form.
