Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be part of a team responsible for providing support to clients on all issues related to the international payment process while maintaining our reputation for ease of transaction and friendly service. As an integral member of our team, you will be accountable for delivering unparalleled customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact on all issues relating to the international payment process.
  • Manage high call and email volumes, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes within restrictive timeframes.
  • Interact with new and existing clients on inbound/outbound calls/emails, providing effective solutions to their queries.
  • Educate clients on relevant products and services, resolving objections and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Escalate complex calls within the company as per established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations by following up with clients in a timely manner.
  • Cultivate effective communication with internal departments when necessary, including Compliance.
  • Timely confirmation of client transfers, responding to queries across all facets of the payment process.

Requirements

  • A minimum of HSC or equivalent qualification along with relevant customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email and phone systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with complex products, with the capacity to understand and handle client objections.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess emotional resilience, integrity, reliability, and a good work ethic.
  • Excellent time management skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
