- Direct content creator collaborations, ensuring content aligns with client goals, brand voice, and campaign objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, including insights, recommendations, and performance reporting to inform their marketing decisions.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging social platforms, influencers, trends, and best practices.
- Highly organised and motivated personality that can work under pressure, independently and in a team with great attention to detail.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills. Able to present strategies, performance insights, and creative ideas with clarity and confidence.
