Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse, including container receivals, unloads, internal site replenishment, and external replenishment for the store.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities, rostering, breaks, and achieving KPIs for the Fulfilment Operations team.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies.
  • Lead recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high-performing, diverse team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading teams in operational functions, with a track record of delivering business results and people development.
  • Possess sound computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills for building relationships and managing stakeholders.
  • Calm under pressure, agile decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
