JOEST Australia is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Lead to join our Production team in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role offers an opportunity for growth, innovation and collaboration. As a key member of the production team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring accurate processing and recording of order information daily.

  1. Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, monitoring the picking, packing, and shipment of goods.
  2. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of customer orders and dispatch.
  3. Implement efficient warehouse processes and systems to optimize workflow and adhere to safety policies and quality standards.
Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  1. Previous warehouse team lead/supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry or similar.
  2. Knowledge of warehouse management principles and inventory control.
  3. Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in document handling and data entry.
  4. Good computer literacy and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Current drivers and forklift licenses.
