Our team is seeking a National Account Manager to lead our Coles partnership, focusing on driving growth and profitability for Simplot brands and products in their pantry portfolio. This role requires strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a channel strategy that delivers sustainable growth in sales, distribution, and market share;
- Manage all retail sales activities, including business & category planning, tendering process, cost price increase submissions, and NPD pipeline;
- Partner with category & insights teams to generate new business opportunities;
- Participate in the development of a robust Commercial Operational Plan and implement Joint Customer Plans;
- Implement cost price increases and account for trade engagement and source trade input of NPI.

Requirements:
- Experience in a National Account Management role or Category Management within an FMCG, Foodservice, or Food Manufacturing company;
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and financial information;
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders;
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
