Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the safety industry.

Job Description:

  • Manage Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategy through market research and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Own Brand Specific Business Unit Product Strategy: Establish and define product sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives, focusing on end-users and OEM customers.
  • Analyze Product Growth Opportunities: Identify and analyze opportunities for product growth and development needs.
  • Work with Operations: Collaborate with operations to provide product planning and delivery support.
  • Create OEM Strategy: Provide customized solutions to end-users through OEM engagement.
  • Drive Sales Effectiveness: Ensure adequate product knowledge and selling skills among sales team members.
  • Meet Sales Objectives: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by distribution channel, product category, and end-user segment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a business-related curriculum.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In sales and sales management, preferably in the safety and industrial channel.
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Office suite, Salesforce, PowerBi.
