We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Court Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of Indigenous justice programs across Queensland.
About the Role:
You will work closely with court staff, lawyers, and other stakeholders to provide support and guidance on Indigenous justice matters. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, supporting program delivery, managing contractual partnerships, administering grants, preparing reports and briefings, leading conflict resolution, and supporting projects.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Indigenous justice, community development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
