Job Summary

Are you an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Technician looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Multi-Service HVAC Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining critical systems during assigned shifts to ensure seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Work: Perform technical work on building services equipment in accordance with industry standards, ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC/Mechanical systems, including compressors, pumps, water treatment systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
  • Routine Inspections and Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly respond to and troubleshoot mechanical faults or breakdowns, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a HVAC/Mechanical Technician, preferably within facility operations.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, compressors, pumps, and water treatment systems, as well as maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Education and Qualifications: HVAC/Mechanical & Refrigeration trade qualifications (required).
