Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic retail leader to join our team. This is a part-time position at 34 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team achieve key performance indicators.
  • Develop succession plans to ensure team progression into next opportunities.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using discretion.
  • Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coach the team and provide timely feedback.
  • Analyse reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Experience in retail management with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of stock management and Visual Merchandising principles.
  • Ability to interpret reports and make data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer-focus skills.
  • Availability for part-time hours (34 per week) and commitment to a fixed-term role.
