Student Liaison Job Description

The Student Liaison plays a pivotal role in engaging with high-achieving students and their parents to help them find the right preparation for medicine or dentistry.

This position requires a warm and charismatic communicator who will be the first point of contact for students interested in our UCAT and Interview preparation programs.

You will work closely with our expert Program Consultant team to schedule 1-to-1 Welcome Consultations with students, providing clarity and direction on their academic journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with students through timely calls and follow-ups to warm leads sourced from various channels.
  • Maintain a structured call schedule aligned with peak response windows to ensure optimal results.
  • Conduct quick needs assessments using targeted questions; address objections confidently and clearly.
  • Book high-quality 1-to-1 Welcome Consultations with the Program Consultant team, achieving weekly conversion targets.

Work Schedule:
