Job Title: Principal Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property acquisition and has a strong understanding of market trends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing property markets, identifying potential opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

About the Role:

- Location: Perth CBD

- Responsible for land identification, negotiation and acquisition of strategic land holdings

- Provide appropriate property related market advice that informs decision making on property transactions

- Undertake financial and commercial analysis to enable informed decision making on property transactions

- Ensure operational property needs are met while minimising costs of holding property

- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify suitable strategic land holdings

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline
  • Extensive experience within a property environment with a strong understanding of property markets, principles, and legislation
  • Significant experience in property analysis and financial evaluation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage relationships across the organisation at multiple levels
