Senior Branding & Graphic Designer

We're seeking a part-time / contract senior branding & graphic designer to take ideas and turn them into tangible designs that exceed client expectations.

The role will see the successful candidate working across a diverse range of projects, producing brand concepts, identities, proposals and presentations as well as signage, wayfinding/placemaking and a dash of digital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a diverse range of compelling creative ideas, having the ability to think strategically as well as aesthetically.
  • Produce brand concepts, identities, proposals and presentations as well as signage, wayfinding/placemaking and digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency throughout various projects.
  • Present and sell work to clients in English with an appealing and convincing rationale to support the studio's work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the design field (essential).
  • At least 5 years of experience working in any graphic design field.
  • Excellent communication skills (English), you know the right questions to ask, have incredible attention to detail and great planning skills.
  • A keen eye for visual details, generating fresh concepts, and a strong aesthetic taste.
  • Advanced technical and software skills & proficiency related to the discipline (specifically the Adobe Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), including preparing ready-to-print finished art (FA) skills.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
  • A portfolio showcasing experience working in Branding (Brand Concept & Identity Creation).
  • Studio/agency experience working as a graphic designer (preferably within the hospitality sector) with a portfolio showcasing printed and digital outputs.
