Job Opportunity: Support Consultant

The primary role of the Support Consultant is to serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing a diverse range of queries related to investments, superannuation products, and platform services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clients' Enquiries: Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding trading, investing, contributing, superannuation, and pensions.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide timely assistance to clients in navigating and transacting on our platform.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams across the business to address client requests effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to build trust and cooperation.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in client-facing roles or associate advisory positions in superannuation or investment platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail superannuation and investment practices.
  • Familiarity with operational or advisory duties within financial advice practices.
  • Proven experience working in Service Level Agreement (SLA)-driven environments.
  • A tertiary degree in a business-related field or RG146 accreditation is highly desirable.
