We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties.
About Your Role- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, progress notes, and reports.
- Educate and support families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech pathology.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Manage caseloads effectively and meet reporting requirements.
- Flexibility – Work a minimum of 3 days per week or full-time, selecting the days that best suit your needs.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Good knowledge of speech and language development, communication disorders, and treatment approaches.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults with disabilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and report writing.
- Proficiency in using assistive communication technologies and devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
