Job Overview

A leading commercial law firm seeks a skilled litigator to join its Melbourne-based litigation & dispute resolution practice. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with experienced partners and directly with clients on complex, high-profile commercial litigation matters.



Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to identify key issues in commercial disputes;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex litigation matters;
  • Work collaboratively with partners and senior associates to deliver exceptional client service;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial law and best practices in litigation management;
  • Provide expert advice to clients on commercial litigation and dispute resolution;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Requirements
  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in private practice or an equivalent environment;
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and litigation procedures;
  • Excellent analytical, research, communication, and drafting skills;
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Sound judgment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
