Technical Lead Windows Engineer

We're on a mission to accelerate the delivery of world-class care. By 2050, we envision every clinician practicing with AI systems that free them from administrative tasks and enhance patient care accessibility worldwide.

In just 12 months, we've supported 20 million patient consults, and now power over 1 million consults weekly. As our first Windows Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with healthcare partners, owning the application's development and deployment experience in Windows environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining deep integrations with EHR systems in C#, including COM interoperability.
  • Collaborating with partner IT teams to ensure stable rollouts, diagnose complex system issues, and expedite adoption.
  • Owning the deployment and support of our Windows-based application across diverse clinical settings.
  • Translating on-the-ground feedback into product and engineering improvements.
  • Debugging real-world environments where clinicians rely on you for their daily workflows.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong programming skills in C# with experience building production systems in .NET.
  • Expertise in Windows development and deployment, including familiarity with the registry, services, UAC, and installers.
  • Experience integrating with EHR systems, healthcare APIs, or enterprise software in complex IT environments.
  • A mindset of ownership, ensuring the application functions seamlessly in real-world scenarios.
  • A passion for solving intricate problems with elegant technical solutions.
