Job Role Overview

The role of an Academic Operations Manager is pivotal in driving strategic and operational excellence.

This position supports the Executive Dean and Faculty Leadership Team in leading and managing the Faculty's administrative and governance operations to ensure achievement of their strategic priorities, effective resource planning and utilisation, and maintenance of a sustainable operational framework for Professional Services.

  • Lead complex administrative and technical functions encompassing the delivery of student, academic, and operational services.
  • Optimise planning and utilisation of the school's physical and human resources.
  • Ensure compliance with Faculty policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership to the Hub's Course and Student Administration (CASA) Teams.
  2. Offer strategic operational advice to the Director Strategic Operations and the Faculty's Executive team.
  3. Identify potential opportunities and risks and recommend appropriate actions to ensure successful operation.
  4. Develop and implement innovative Faculty-wide plans and strategic actions integral to the continued development of the Faculty.
