We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to provide maternity leave coverage until July 2025. As an Assistant Centre Director, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, including meeting regulatory and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement well-structured age-appropriate developmental goals and teaching programs that engage children and promote learning.
- Evaluate and analyse teaching and learning programs using evidence, including feedback from children, our community, and child assessment data.
- Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with colleagues, allied health professionals, and families regarding their children's learning and well-being.
- Support children and families with a positive transition to school.
- Assist the Centre Director in the day-to-day running of the service, including meeting regulatory and legislative requirements.
- 35-hour working week with flexible work arrangements available.
- 4 weeks of annual leave, 3 weeks of personal leave, plus 2 additional paid public holidays.
- 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment.
