We're seeking a skilled Heavy/ Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our Maintenance crew in the Galilee Basin.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our fleet of vehicles and equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our vehicles are always in top working condition.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in the Galilee Basin, with FIFO options available from Rockhampton and Townsville. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and previous experience in maintenance of MPUs, MMUs or HR vehicles.

  • Maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing issues with our vehicles and equipment
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure our vehicles are always in top working condition
  • Working effectively within a team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Previous experience in maintenance of MPUs, MMUs or HR vehicles
  • Standard 11
  • A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Fitness for the role, as you'll be required to perform physical tasks
