Job Title: Post-16 Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Post-16 Support Professional to join our team. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students with special needs in a variety of settings
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure that students receive the best possible support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum programs that meet the diverse needs of students

Requirements:

  • Accreditation and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Working Rights for Australia (including Work Holiday Visa or Skilled Migrant Visa)
  • Willingness to provide evidence supporting your application, including references
