About the Centre: Our centre is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young children. We believe in creating a nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.



Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma qualified educator to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.


Key Requirements:



  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Full working rights for Australia.


Benefits:



  • Full-time permanent position: 5 days a week or part-time 4 days a week minimum.
  • Working with other core educators, who are very capable and efficient.
  • Available full-time – 4-5 days and able to cover all shifts i.e. open shift and close shift. Shifts rotate.
