Optimizing Building Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction management professional to lead our strategic building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction phase of these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
About This Role
The primary contact to the lead contractor, you will oversee the entire construction process, from planning and execution to completion and handover. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and creating project documentation in accordance with our Project Management Framework
- Providing regular project updates and risk assessments to stakeholders
- Implementing strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress and outcomes
- Responding to enquiries from the public and internal stakeholders on all matters related to this role
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing multiple projects or varying complexity and scope. You will have a sound knowledge of building and associated civil infrastructure and landscaping construction.
