About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team for a 12-month casual temporary assignment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating data and analytics reporting for customers and external stakeholders' digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to support monthly branch reporting.
  • Document key insights around user and customer experience gaps, current processes, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical specialists to identify and prioritize problems or usability issues reported by product users.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the business area's context, goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Perform day-to-day analytical work on a range of tasks, including regular and one-off analyses and ad-hoc requests.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Data Analysis role, ideally within Government, Disability, Aged Care, or Healthcare.
  • A strong background in creating accessible data visualization.
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members from various disciplines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer
  • Immediate start pending Federal Police Check.
  • 12-month Casual Temporary Assignment.
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
  • $60.26 per hour + super.
  • Multiple locations available: Geelong, Melbourne CBD, Sydney CBD, Adelaide.
