Atturra Limited is seeking a talented Graduate to join our Advisory team. As a Graduate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including research and business development tasks.
- Cultivate your professional consulting skills and behaviors to understand our service offerings.
- Contribute to report writing and other deliverables as requested.
- Assist in the development of bids and proposals.
- Facilitate project brainstorming and planning.
- Assist in project kick-offs and set-up.
- Manage project management tools and ensure accuracy.
- Respond to internal stakeholders' needs in a timely manner.
- Participate in client projects and teams, delivering unique and diverse deliverables.
- Support the Advisory team in delivering high-quality bid and project deliverables.
- Australian Citizenship, as you must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
- Recent or upcoming University Graduate for 2023, 2024, 2025.
- Graduates from various academic backgrounds, including Business, PPE, International Relations, Project Management, Commerce, Law, National Security, Economics, Science, and more.
- Previous work experience, including full-time, part-time, or casual.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
- Developed organization and time management skills, with the ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proven experience in working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally and propose solutions.
- A service-focused mindset, with the ability to engage and develop partnerships at all organizational levels and with various stakeholders.
