**The Role**


As an Aussie Retail Mortgage Broker, you'll be responsible for:



  • Managing Enquiries - You'll be the first point of contact for phone, online, and walk-in customers, providing expert advice and guidance on their lending needs.
  • Building a Client Pipeline - You'll be tasked with creating a pipeline of potential clients, using your skills and expertise to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Selling and Supporting Customers - You'll work closely with customers to understand their lending needs and provide tailored solutions, guiding them through the home loan process.

**What We're Looking For**


We're seeking individuals who are passionate about helping Australians achieve their property dreams. To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking - This is a must-have qualification, but don't worry if you don't have it - we can provide guidance on how to obtain it.
  • Experience in Lending, Sales, or Customer Service - While not essential, this experience will give you a head start in this role.
  • A Strong Drive to Build and Grow a Successful Business - This is crucial for success in this role, as you'll be responsible for building and managing your own client base.
  • A Desire to Help Australians Achieve Their Property Dreams - This is the most important criterion of all - we're looking for individuals who truly care about making a difference in people's lives.
