Award-winning RPR Trades is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team in a leading global manufacturing company.

This day shift role offers a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, plus overtime loading and Super.

About the Role:

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing scheduled preventative electrical maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and troubleshooting manufacturing plant equipment.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing scheduled preventative electrical maintenance
  • Attending to breakdowns
  • Instrumentation knowledge (Digital/Analogue)
  • Testing, inspecting, and diagnosing plant equipment faults
  • Working on light to Heavy production equipment.
  • Fault finding PLC's and Scada systems
  • Machine installations, upgrades, and commissioning

You will work within the maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

About You:

An Australian Electrical Trade qualification/License is essential. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are required, along with the ability to follow instructions.

Experience in Manufacturing and FMCG Industries is highly regarded. You should be a team player with full Australian work Rights and capable of passing pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
