Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance existing technical and non-technical documentation to develop comprehensive 'as is' and 'to be' business process maps following an agreed framework.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to conduct thorough assessments of security processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and devise solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify issues, risks, and benefits of current and proposed solutions, and outline their business impacts, including estimating costs and identifying potential savings.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business security requirements across a range of projects, including those related to security, digital initiatives, CRM, telephony, marketing, partnerships, and data management.
- Ensure that security measures meet organizational goals and deliver on key objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Business Analyst - essential.
- Proven experience delivering in Cyber Security Programs and related security projects.
- Strong understanding of good security practices, frameworks, and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, and structured approach to managing workload and prioritization.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.
