Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Asahi Beverages. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage security alerts, ensuring timely and effective incident response.
- Conduct thorough analyses of security events to identify root causes and recommend improvements to our security posture.
- Develop and implement new detection and prevention mechanisms to enhance our security controls.
- Proactively test and tune our security tools to ensure they are operating effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and intelligence, providing timely alerts to the business.
- Provide technical leadership and support for our security tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and collaboration across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in detecting and responding to cyber threats, ideally within a large-scale enterprise or technology-driven environment. You will possess a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness and collaboration. You will also bring:
- Previous experience in security operations, including incident detection, analysis, and response.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM solutions, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management systems.
- A strong technical background in conducting threat assessments and root cause analyses to improve security controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A solid understanding of security standards and best practices relevant to cybersecurity.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, focused on continuous improvement and enhancing the organization's security posture.
