Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk Specialist to join our Business Operational Risk Management team. As part of this role, you will support all divisions in their contributions to the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls end-to-end.
- Conduct control assurance activities, investigate incidents thoroughly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.
- Closely collaborate with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Facilitate engaging risk workshops and training sessions, providing valuable insights and strategies.
Essential Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in Operational Risk, Assurance, Regulatory Engagement, or Regulatory Reporting.
- Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across various seniority levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, and ability to grasp complex concepts.
