Technical Customer Service Representative

This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service support to internal and external customers across various industries. You will play a key role in developing and fine-tuning training materials to ensure all information is up-to-date.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Service: Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Administration/Operations: Processing orders and service requirements, handling returns and warranties, and preparing reports for management.
  • Training & Development: Developing training materials, training team members, and keeping personal knowledge up to date with products.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, strong communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to solve problems and identify them.
