Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Co-worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Co-worker, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and checking customer online orders for truck or parcel delivery within set KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing customer online orders for truck or parcel delivery within set KPIs
  • Using attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy
  • Preparing orders for delivery by labelling and arranging stock for dispatch accordingly
  • Replenishing assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked
  • Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is precise and accurate
  • Ensuring IKEA SOP rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both you and co-workers

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day
  • A passion for logistics operations, willingness to learn and grow with the business

  • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive movements and lifting
  • Prior experience in using warehouse equipment safely such as pallet jacks, scanning equipment, barcode printers, and other specialized equipment is ideal but not essential
