About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Co-worker to join our team at IKEA Distribution Centre. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and checking customer online orders for truck or parcel delivery within set KPIs.
  • Using your attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for delivery by labelling and arranging stock for dispatch accordingly.
  • Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked.
  • Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is precise and accurate.
  • Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both you and co-workers.
