Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our Real Estate Group in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in supporting our lawyers across a wide range of property matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client files and correspondence throughout the conveyancing process, including accurate data entry and document organisation.
  • Preparing and drafting correspondence, contracts for sale of land, settlement figures, and other legal documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and brokers to coordinate smooth transactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • At least one year of experience in a legal assistant or legal office administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks with confidence.
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong sense of accountability.
  • Calm under pressure and quick to adapt when things change unexpectedly.
  • Strong telephone manner to build positive and engaging relationships with clients and colleagues.
