About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join our Finance team, responsible for managing Home Care Package subsidy claims. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced colleagues to validate monthly claims, verify remittances, and analyse claims data. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving claim discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and process monthly claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Verify remittances and reconcile claims data using Excel
  • Analyse claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Liaise with government departments to resolve claim discrepancies and provide support to customers and their families
  • Perform general administrative tasks for Accounts Receivables
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Experience working with Aged Care/Home Care Packages (desirable but not essential)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of Visual Basic (preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of large ERP systems, such as Salesforce
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
