Job Title: Test Lead – Sap S/4hana

Are you a seasoned Test Lead with experience in ERP/SAP projects? Do you have a passion for ensuring quality and business confidence in complex transformation programs?

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to lead the testing stream of our high-profile ERP transformation. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with our project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the testing strategy and plan across SIT, regression, UAT, and cutover
  • Lead and coordinate testing with vendors, consultants, and business users
  • Run structured defect triage, ensuring timely resolution and minimal risk
  • Report on testing progress, issues, and risks to project leadership
  • Guide and support business users through UAT

About You:

  • Experienced Test Lead on ERP/SAP projects (S/4 HANA ideal)
  • Strong understanding of testing phases, tools, and defect management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
  • Industry knowledge in publishing/finance a plus
