We are seeking an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to join our hotel team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service and cleaning of rooms in line with high brand standards
  • Assist guests with their needs and requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding progress and any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and control supplies to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact
  • Reunite guests with lost or misplaced items whenever possible
  • Participate in regular deep clean projects to maintain the hotel's high standards
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience is required for this role
  • Exceptional attitude and 'can do' mindset are essential for success in this position
  • Team player with positive, open, and honest communication style is required
  • Ability to complete physical tasks and be on feet, as well as bending and kneeling
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 23 kilograms and/or pushing/pulling heavy objects
  • High attention to detail is crucial for delivering excellent results
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Must have full working rights for Australia
